The deck we built for a law firm with about 105 lawyers. It reads data from the firm's system and refreshes every five minutes. Nobody types anything into the device.
A lawyer's home screen shows overdue tasks, tasks due today, those due in the next seven days and those due later. Below, tasks are grouped by type.
Each task becomes a key with its date. One press shows the deadline, status, client, case number and court.
In management mode, the same device shows the team: everyone's overdue tasks and one key per lawyer, sorted by who has the most overdue deadlines. One press opens that lawyer's agenda.
Each key is a machine running Curator. You can read the status from across the room: running, available or offline.
Together with your team, we define what needs to be in sight: deadlines per person, queues, robots, stalled orders.
